Part of it is me. Battlefield required a lot of work to get good at. Learn all the classes, vehicles and the maps...Hundreds of hours...if not thousands into that game. What I loved about it was all of that interplay and the fact that each time you played was filled with an infinite amount of variables that made the game so much fun. ...Now I'm just thinking "ain't nobody got time for that!". The thought of playing a game for several hours a day just isn't appealing anymore.

...The games that are just your pick up and play "fortnite" never really enjoyed them...dame thing over and over.

Meh...

Unfortunately the industry has moved so much towards things I don’t give a fuck about, like character “progress”, unlocks, participation trophies, ray tracing bubbles, etc. etc. etc. Just make a fucking fun rock-paper-scissors game where everyone is equal at the start of the round. Just make Bf1942 again. And don’t make it for consoles.

And if you have planes in the game, the map needs to have some nice long flat stretches to get off the ground. Spawning mid-air is the epitome of fuckin stupid-ass shittiness.
