No word from anyone here playing it?

Bought it, can't wait to lose countless hours in it. Just started an MP game with a friend. Longest game we had in Civ V was a year and a half.

I'll work out if my puter can run it.
CiV V was quite demanding.

Day 3:

Civ has more or less got its hooks back into me with v6.0.

Has most of the familiar beats, but I'm still getting to grips with the additions/updates.

Building improvements isn't as straight-forward as it used to be. You now get to build districts in the tiles surrounding your city: Religious, Campus, Entertainment &c. And in those districts, build other things pertinent to those districts. Wonders also get built outside of your city walls.

Playing on the (downloaded) "Ludicrous" sized Earth Map mod, 'cos as ever, Firaxis didn't see fit to ship the Game with a decent Earth map.

Haven't had any real combat experience, apart from a few barbarians... And still in the "Classical Era" on my first game.

But... Looking good.
