It's DayZ without the Zombies. It's survival of the fittest team. People are divided into three teams: blue, red, and independent. Best part its a server side mod, so nothing needs to be installed on your end, and there is even a large number of people playing this Mod. Just search in the filters under mission "wasteland"

The goal is to collect weapons, food and water. You can build bases anywhere on the map, complete side missions that yield weapons, explosives, armored vehicles, helicopters, or even a fully armed base.

Attack and defend against enemies who seek to destroy you and loot your corpses and base.

I played it for the first time last night and it's pretty fun. We spent an hour going through towns finding trucks to load defenses onto. We found a plot of land secluded in the forest and started building a base. We assigned people to tasks for finding more weapons/food/water while others went and started reinforcing our new base.

We encountered enemy players once in a while. Some drove up in an armored SUV, while another group tried attacking with an APC. It made for a fun night.

It's essentially a PVP MP survival without zombies.

Patrolling our base in a tractor I found. cool thing is you can move around barricades, gun emplacements, and other things to make a pretty cool looking base.
