So I was hoping the new Ghost Recon would be like Wildlands but better, but from the review I've read it sounds rather shit. But I still have an itch for third person perspective, pseudo-tactical shooter.

Anyone played Division 2? Looks like it might fit the bill, and it got good reviews.

I've played a bit of Division 1, seemed OK, the 3rd person bit didn't piss me off and is actually kinda cool for gauging what your situation is, regarding cover and where the enemies are.

Division 2 is getting the plaudits, so if you fancy that kind of thing looks like a safe bet.

Do you have a pseudo-tactical keyboard and mouse?

No, but have a pseudo-tactical PS4 controller.

Gaming is almost dead for me
I doubt I'll buy another console
Definitely not building another rig

Glad I don't own a gamestop

I play far less than I used to. My 5 year old takes up a lot of time (a good thing) and when I want to play during the day I can't play the bloody sorts of games I used to, so it's Zelda at best (brilliant game).

I also can't be arsed to learn different types of games. Ubisoft makes games that are similar, exceptionlly broad but not a lot of depth - which is fine for me. Doom is a current fave too as that had practically no learning curve but is a helluva lot of fun.

And Zelda: Breath of the Wild for when the little one is about. She also likes to watch and sees if as a bit of an interactive cartoon. And it really is a good game, been playing it as my main game for around a year.

Decided against Division 2 as there isn't any stealth unlike other ubisoft games. I like the variety.

Also it sounds like new Ghost Recon is a patch and discount away from being worth looking at, so I may just wait.
