Lower body exercise for a period (swift walk is awesome) will drop it immediately and last for a while, sorry that the easy and likely one kinda a no go for you.

Dress very warm. Drink alcohol (ermm?), avoid caffeine for a day. Cut out salt bigtime. Kinda dehydrate yourself for a day or so prior. Put face in cold water just before and during test. Press on your carotid sinus just before and during test. Get erection.

Over a week of low carbs and low calorie and I have lost the grand sum of 0lbs. Zero. None. Nada.

Sitting on my arse for much of that probably didn't help, and I'm not sure if the morphine and other meds are having an effect. Also I had my first shit in 4 days this morning, and it wasn't a biggie.

Pretty miffed I have to say.
