Can add 3 months to this as EU have agreed our request for an extension to end January 2020.

Commemorative coins minted to mark Britain's departure from the EU are being melted down, the Treasury has admitted.

The 50 pence coin bearing a departure date of 31 October are being "recycled", it added.

It follows the EU's decision to grant a further three-month delay, something Boris Johnson accepted on Monday afternoon in a letter to European Council President Donald Tusk.

TOTALLY - the last 2 have been just perfect, with the Lib Dem Coalition & then the DUP support, what's next EDL?

Can't see it achieving much, but may help relieve some of the tension in the short term.

I can't see who would get into a coalition with the Conservatives or Labour. Nobody is going to trust the former and the latter rightly or wrongly is a bit of a toxic brand. I mean, I know we have to take the polls with a huge pinch of salt these days, but the Conservatives should be getting trounced.

Current polling according to various....polls. The Brexit Party is Nigel Farages new party. How these numbers convert to seats I don't know, but suspect that chunky gap between Cons and Labour to close. Lib Dems should pick up a few more seats too.

Nobody is the 'original' anything when it comes to nationality.

Also you're not Italian.

I predict...

The Tories and Labour getting mullered, and a whole bunch of Independents and Green Party MPs.

Followed by a Coalition Government, that will implement Proportional Representation, and there will never again be a Tory or Labour Majority Government again.

You heard it here first!

Donald Trump has claimed Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn would be "so bad" for the UK ahead of the 12 December general election.

Mr Trump said: "I have great relationships with many of the leaders, including Boris who's a fantastic man - I think he's the exact right guy for the times.

"I know that you and him will end up doing something that could be terrific - if you and he get together it's [an] unstoppable force.

"Corbyn would be so bad for your country, he'd be so bad, he'd take you in such a bad way.

"He'd take you into such bad places. But your country has tremendous potential, it's a great country."

Is he trying to get Corbyn elected?

Can anyone honestly deny what Trump says? I mean, face it, he's always totally bang-on with his assessments, particularly when it comes to the internal politics of other countries.

A lot of that is because he has no diplomatic filter, so he ends up saying what a lot of people were already thinking. I don't think he has any special insights in that regard, he just doesn't dance the dance.

I would say that a reasonable number of 'facts' he puts forward are categorically false, but I don't think that's what you're referring to.
