Anyone tried out the Google lens app? 100% success rate in identifying every breed of dog I've pointed it at.

No.

What if the dog is 25% Schnauzer, 25% Great Dane and 50% Chocolate Lab? Does it get that?

Merlin app is good for bird ID’s but you need a decent photo to start with, which generally isn’t possible on a phone.

You should watch Big Little Lies. On paper it did not sound my bag at all, but definitely don't judge it by its cover. Just watched the final episode and I'm emotionally exhausted.

I've used them for years because of the boat (invaluable tool) best part is they come with a 25 year guarantee, so if anything at all goes wrong you just post it back and get a new one free. I'm on my 3rd now and paid £50 originally, my current model is over £100

Great bits of kit. I also have the Wave and the Micra...

Also love proper Swiss Army knives. They've all increased in prices since...glad I bought them when I. Had the money.

One thing I'll say about the Seppos.. They make bloody good tools. Snap On regarded as probably the best.

I got the first edition wave
The wave has 3 sets of bits and an extension for them
The nylon pouch for it holds it all + a little flashlight
It's too heavy to carry around

Also have the skeletool
Gerber dime on my keys

If you want a good knife for the money get a buck 110 or 112

I got the wave with nylon pouch and led torch in a presentation tin box for £130 around ten years ago.. Good kit. :-bd

Shame I can't carry it without good reason cos it's a locker..it stays at home.

For a really nice locker I have an EKA swede 8
Shaving sharp and very good steel.

I visited the site on Maui where Captain George Vancouver landed and met Kamehameha or Kamohomoho or something in 1793.

I've stood where Captain Cook first stepped onto Australia, and I piss on ancient burial grounds every Summer Solstice, and I'm not gay. Few people around here can say that.
